Deep Nature Project GmbH is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances.
Deep Nature Project GmbH is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
We process all orders latest within 7-10 days, after payment is received, excluding holidays and weekends.
Keep in mind that we ship item(s) as soon as they are available. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We will send you a separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.

Shipping costs:
Free standard shipping from € 300.- order value for Austria and from € 500.- order value for the rest of the EU.
- Standard shipping in Austria: € 4.95 per parcel
- Express shipping in Austria: Parcel will be delivered within two working days after payment entrance. Direkt Kurierdienst: €11.00 per parcel (currently not available)
- We send all parcels using Direkt Kurierdienst.
- Standard Shipping in other EU countries: € 8.95 per parcel
- We send all parcels using Direkt Kurierdienst.
- Express shipping in Germany, Slovakia & Hungary: Direkt Kurierdienst: € 24.00 per parcel
- Express shipping in other EU countries: Direkt Kurierdienst: € 45.00 per parcel
During the holiday & busy season, packages may take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on the local postal office capacity.
Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Deep Nature Project GmbH reserves the rights to cancel orders should products not be available. In that case, customers will be informed.
In the event of canceled orders, our refunds take 5-7 business days to process, as all payments go through a payment gateway and it takes a couple of working days for settlement.
Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.
