Shipping Rates & Policies

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order.

Deep Nature Project GmbH is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances.

Deep Nature Project GmbH is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

Shipping takes place at the latest 7-10 days after receipt of payment.

We deliver Europe-wide* within 1-3 business days.

* The Canary Islands are outside our delivery area.

Please note that these are estimated processing & delivery periods, which may vary during the holiday seasons.

 

Shipping costs:

Austria

  • Free Standard shipping from an order value of 300 €
  • Standard shipping: 5.10 € per delivery

European Union:

  • Free Standard shipping from an order value of 500 €
  • Standard shipping: 9.10 € per delivery

Switzerland:

  • Standard Shipping: 14,20 €
  • Standard shipping from an order value of 500 €: 7,10 € per delivery

Great Britain / United Kingdom (UK):

The minimum order value for deliveries to Great Britain is 160 €.

  • Standard shipping: 14,20 € per delivery
  • Standard shipping from an order value of 500 €: 7,10 € per delivery

Products are shipped as soon as they are available. If your order contains more than one item, you may receive the items in partial shipments (without extra charge, obviously). Should this be the case, you will of course be contacted by us.

Once your package is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Deep Nature Project GmbH reserves the right to cancel orders should products not be available. In that case, customers will be informed.

In the event of canceled orders, our refunds take 5-7 business days to process, as all payments go through a payment gateway and it takes a couple of working days for settlement.

Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.
